About This Cartridge
On February 20th, 2007, Dallas County Board of Supervisors agreed
to the annexation of HOFF Cemetery to the City of Grimes.
This cemetery is to the west of the City of Grimes
located approximately 0.35 west of the intersection
of Highway 44 and Y Avenue on the south side of Highway 44.
There have been allegedly six (6) or fewer burials in said
Hoff cemetery within the 50 years preceding
the date of the Resolution, putatively bringing said cemetery
under the definition of Pioneer Cemetery as defined in the Iowa Code.
